Beener is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois, and brings 16 years of experience as an Environmental Engineer in industry to his practice of Environmental Law.  As an Environmental Engineer, Mr. Beener dealt with a wide-range of multi-media compliance programs and is well situated to assist clients in the following areas:
