David C. Beener brings 16 years of industry experience in environmental and regulatory compliance to his practice, ready to assist the regulated community in complying with all applicable federal, state, and local environment al laws and regulations. My experience includes two years as a Field Inspector with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency - Bureau of Air, and 14 years of multi-media environmental and regulatory compliance experience in the petroleum refining industry. David started his private law practice in September 2008.
As of May 2026, David is transitioning from the practice of law to pursue other interests as retirement becomes more of a reality, including investment and tax planning, in addition to becoming educated in the care of horses.
